Last week we welcomed Fr Thomas and Fr Oliver into school to celebrate the Eucharist. Fr Oliver explained to all the Yr 3 children and KS1 children the importance of the Eucharist and how it changes from the bread to the Body of Christ. He showed the children the Monstrance.
All the children in the school who have made their First Holy Communion were invited to make their Reconciliation in preparation for Christmas and then went to pray in front of the Monstrance. Mrs Browne went around to all KS2 classes to help prepare the children before their Reconciliation and Adoration.
