We had a wonderful number day in Ducklings! Lots of us dressed up as our favourite number, or wore a jumper that showed a number of items, and one had a t-shirt with all their special dates and times on it- you were all so creative!
We were learning about odds and evens, and doubles and halving in maths class this week.
We then looked at ordinal numbers today when we learned about Chinese New Year! The story goes that lots of animals had a race across the river, so we ordered them as they crossed the finish line! The cheeky rat was first, and the tiger (this year!) was third across the finish line! We also did some lovely ‘colour by number’ tiger pictures too!
