We have been doing lots of learning about Easter and our new RE topic “New Life” this week.
Fr Andrew came to speak to us and explain it a little bit more. He answered some very interesting questions from the children about our topic, and reminded us that we can pray and speak to Jesus whenever and wherever we want!
To celebrate the new topic, we created some beautiful arts and crafts flowers to make an Easter Garden for our RE table. A child also brought in a real purple flower for the table that he thought looked like the ones we had made!
We had a fantastic finish to our week when our first “Mystery Reader” arrived to read their favourite book from home, ‘Mr Impossible’! The Ducklings found the book VERY funny, and loved welcoming a visitor to our classroom! Thank you so much!
