Over the last few lessons, Flamingos have been having a lot of fun making lava lamps and 3D shapes out of food.
We have been learning about shapes and made 3D shapes out of marshmallows, cocktail sticks and spaghetti. We used our engineering and DT skills to strengthen the structures and observed the number of vertices, faces and edges. We have also been learning about mass and used our skills to measure the liquids needed to make home-made lava lamps!
