Today, we had a fun practical lesson in which we found different ways to represent given numbers using a range of concrete and abstract resources.
We used arrow cards, dienes, place value counters and a variety of written methods to partition our numbers into standard and non-standard forms. We challenged ourselves to think outside the box and built on our teamwork skills.
