We had a fantastic time at World Book Day! It all started with an amazing Booknic where Reception and Key Stage 1 came together to read our favourite books and have a picnic. Get it? Book and picnic… Booknic! Then, to make our morning even better, Kingfishers came down and read with us! There were some really amazing costumes too of all our favourite book characters. We had Burglar Bill, the Fantastic Mr Fox and Alice in Wonderland. This day made our excitement about reading grow even more and we can not wait for World Book Day next year! I`m already thinking about my costume!
