Today we visited the Natural History Museum! We saw a huge giraffe skeleton which reminded us of Zeraffa Giraffa! We learnt that giraffes have seven bones in their necks!
This linked really well with our last Topic lesson when we identified, named and sorted different types of animals.
We visited the Wildlife Photo Exhibition, too. We saw lots of amazing photos of animals from all around the world. We also saw a huge robot T-Rex (a reptile from millions of years ago) and various different mammals. We saw a blue whale, an elephant, a polar bear, a hippo and a rhino! We loved discussing the types of animals and their skeletons! What was your favourite part of the trip?
