We all enjoyed a wonderful KS2 Rosary Sports Day on Wednesday! We were so proud of all our children and the effort and enthusiasm they showed. Whether it was throwing a javelin, long jumping, hurdling, running as fast as their legs could carry them or taking part in one of the more traditional races (egg and spoon or three legged) – all our children gave it their all and everyone had great fun while doing it. Thanks to all the families who came along to celebrate and a special thanks to all those who ran in the adult race!! Due to Olaf Falafel’s visit we have had to postpone our Sports Day Celebration Assemblies (in which we will give out medals to race winners and special awards for sportsmanship and kindness) so this will be held next week for all KS2 children. A huge thanks to Coach Kane and all the Rosary Staff who worked so hard to make the day such a success.
