We spent an exhilarating afternoon challenging ourselves on the gladiator climb- all the children were brave enough to have a go & lots reached the top! We then went on to try our hands at archery… there are lots of hot shots amongst us! It was wonderful to see the groups supporting & encouraging each other.
The other half of the group became Wild Explorers and learned about edible plants including stinging nettles, ground Ivy and Jack by the hedge, so after our Bushcraft Survivor session, the children will be able to survive in almost any environment!
After an excellent spaghetti bolognese dinner, we had a huge campfire and performed Wild Child’s got Talent – it was great fun seeing the children showing off their different talents & skills, as well as learning new songs (& dances!) from the brilliant instructors here.
Everyone had a great night’s sleep and was raring to go this morning when the groups swapped round activities from the yesterday afternoon.
We’re excited about our last evening here and the final activities. There’ll be more photos of them tomorrow.
Lovely pictures awwww bless them ❤️
