Today, we visited London Zoo to learn more about animal adaptations and the animals in the rainforest.
We started our day with a guided tour where we learnt about the adaptations of flamingos, galapagos tortoises, camels and penguins. It was so interesting to have an expert guide us around the zoo and share facts. Then, we visited some other animals, including the lions, tigers, zebras and giraffes. We even stroked some goats and saw the two new baby gorillas! Finally, we went to the rainforest exhibit and saw how many of the animals on our checklist we could spot. It was a fantastic day!
