On Friday, the Eagles took part in Food Revolution Day. At the end of Healthy Schools week, we prepared ‘Tomato and Basil Salad with Creamy Fish Dip’. After this experience we’re looking forward to Bellevue being completed so we can prepare more culinary delights! Think about some of the ingredients we used. Basil is herb which is maily used as seasoning in cooking with lots of health benefits. It reduces stress and has a calming effect on our stomach. Basil can help level out blood sugar and tea of dried Basil leaves help to reduce cough and cold.
