Reception went to visit Camley Street Natural Park this week with our wonderful parent volunteers!
We had such a super time! Our adventure started by catching the bus, then we walked through a little park, until we finally arrived at Camley Street. Next, we had a fruit snack on some picnic benches to make sure we had enough energy for our activities. Ayesha from our workshop took us on a plant walk, and a parts of a plant treasure hunt! We saw some geese with their baby goslings, a fox den, walked along a pond, and then we had a minibeast hunt! We found centipedes, slugs, little flies and so much more… it was fantastic! We learned so much!
Afterwards, we ate our healthy packed lunches in the workshop classroom, packed up, and made our way back to school again on the bus! We were all very tired from such excitement!
