In Ducklings class, we were lucky enough to have Pilar, a nutritional specialist come to visit us and tell us all about healthy foods and how we can keep healthy through what we are eating. It was all very interesting and w all enjoyed learning about the different food groups and how we can balance our ‘plate’. The best part was making yummy tacos though! We all used lots of different ingredients to make our tacos healthy and delicious! We used cheese, rice, black beans, tomatoes, spinach and avocados. Yum yum! Pilar, you can come again!
