Today, we participated in a Stone Age Survival workshop on Hampstead Heath. First, we handled replica stone age tools and materials and found out which were used for digging, farming, clothing and weaponry. Then, we had a go at different stone age survival skills such as starting a fire using flint, and building a shelter using logs and wood. It was a great way to learn more about our topic on Prehistoric Britain and develop our teamwork and resilience.
