Kingfishers always love Computing at the CLC! This time we were building Lego creatures that we then programmed to move! Whether it was a roaring lion, a snapping crocodile or a spinning bird. We learned about the different algorithms needed to create the different movements. Some of us even introduced sensors to our robot, for examples, adding a sensor to count the goals that managed to get past the goalie, or getting the crocodile to shut its jaws only when there was something in its mouth. We had an awful lot of fun creating these raucous robots!
