During Mental Health week, our chicks had fun using a meditation exercise. We also enjoyed a little bit of yoga and we practised some of our breathing exercises.
As a class we talked about different ways that we can look after our heads and our hearts. We discussed the different feelings that we get in our heads and our hearts and how we can manage those feelings.
We also thought about ways that we can help our friends who are having feelings they don’t know how to manage.
