Sunday 19th September 2021 saw the wonderful Miss Stefanou smash her cycling PB as she completed the London to Brighton bike ride in 5 hours and nineteen minutes! She left Clapham Common at 9am and was greeted at the finishing line in Brighton by some members of her Rosary family and good friends! Miss Stefanou was then whisked away to a local restaurant for some much needed yummy pasta!
