Reception have had a lovely return to school after the Easter holidays. We talked about our holidays and the different ways we all celebrated with our families on Easter Sunday.
Miss Stefanou’s family are Cypriot and won’t actually be celebrating until this weekend! We learned all about the different traditions like dying eggs and going to church in the middle of the night to light a special candle. We also tried some tasty Greek pastries called Flaounes that Miss Stefanou baked with her family.
