The Ducklings and Pufflings had a wonderful time celebrating ‘Spanish Day’!
We listened to Spanish music, learned some Spanish words like ‘Hola’, ‘Por favor’ and ‘Gracias’, and even tried counting in Spanish too! We found Spain on the world map, had a look at some pictures of the Spanish landscape, and looked at the flag to see the colours of Spain, which are yellow and red.
Children dressed up in those colours and some even had traditional Spanish dresses too.
To finish off the day, we had another wonderful Mystery Reader come and visit to read us a story! Thank you from all of Reception!
