Today, we had a wonderful visit to St Dominic’s to learn more about the different objects used in the sacraments.
Father Andrew taught us that a sacrament is a visible way to receive God’s invisible salvation. We revised the seven sacraments and he showed us the baptismal font, pascal candle and the confessional. He then took us to the front of the altar and told us about the holy oils and the altar. We enjoyed developing our understanding of the sacraments and finding out more about what happens in each.
