Today, we learned about the four zones that help us recognise and manage our emotions: the Blue Zone (low energy, sad, tired), Green Zone (calm, focused, ready to learn), Yellow Zone (anxious, excited, frustrated), and Red Zone (angry, out of control). We identified what each zone looks and feels like, using examples from everyday experiences to help us connect personally with the concepts. Through group discussions, role-play activities, and visual aids, the we practiced recognising their own emotions and those of others. We then took some fun photos for our display to help us remember how these zones look and feel!
