Careers Day in KS1

Our Careers Day was a fantastic success and gave the children an exciting insight into a wide range of professions. We started the day with a colourful parade around the hall, where everyone proudly showcased the careers they had chosen to dress up as. Throughout the day, we were visited by a variety of professionals, including members of the Army, the Police, and the Fire Service. We also welcomed a visitor who spoke to the children about careers in the railway industry. The children loved hearing about the different roles and asking lots of thoughtful questions. One of the highlights of the day was exploring the fire engine, where the children had the opportunity to sit inside the truck and even use the water hose! It was a memorable day that inspired our pupils to think about their future aspirations and the many exciting opportunities available to them.
