Flamingos V&A Museum Trip

The Flamingos class had a fantastic time visiting the Victoria and Albert Museum, where they explored a wide range of art, design, and history. A particular highlight was the architecture gallery, where students had the opportunity to hear directly from working architects about their projects and careers, bringing their learning to life.

Following this, they took part in a hands-on workshop in which they designed their own model spaces with accessibility at the forefront. Students thoughtfully incorporated features such as ramps, sensory lighting, and clear visual displays to ensure their designs could be used and enjoyed by people of all abilities. It was an inspiring and enriching experience that sparked creativity, collaboration, and inclusive thinking.
