Pelicans Class Assembly

Today, we performed our class assembly, all about Light and Sound. We confidently acted out different scenes to show what we had learned in our science lessons and shared lots of interesting facts about how we hear sounds and how light travels. We also performed a short scene from our class book, The Firework Maker’s Daughter, and proudly shared a piece of our writing with the audience. The assembly included a song about light and sound, reminding us how we can be a light to others through kindness and good choices. We ended our assembly with a thoughtful prayer, bringing our learning together in a calm and reflective way.
