Pelicans Cooking Workshop

We recently enjoyed a fantastic cooking workshop at Pizza Express, where we had the opportunity to become chefs for the morning!

During the workshop, we learned about the different ingredients used to make pizza, and discussed where ingredients come from and how food is prepared. A highlight of the visit was creating our very own pizzas, carefully constructing the pizza crust and adding sauce and cheese before sampling our delicious creations.
